If you find you must go to a family or somewhat thing, get something reasonable like a muffin, and just carry it around with you.
Put dishes in the sink, leave evidence from what you've eaten
Don't forget to get rid of food you were supposed to eat
Put your diet pills in a vitamin bottle
Don't tell people you think you are fat
Invet some mysterious illness, wich will be a good excuse not to eat!
Don't raise suspicions, once people realize what you are doing, they'll watch and monitor you every minute. Start hiding your habits and practices from day one, so no one has ever seen any of it. When one thinks your anorexic, there is nothing you can say to convince them you're not.
Check the fridge when no one is around. Get some food, prepare it, and then trow it away. For example, some eggs.. get three eggs and some butter, bake the eggs, throw them on a plate with some bread, and then dispose them. Leave silverwhere too!
Don;t ever talk about food with other people, they'll think that your obsessed if you do this too much. And, talking about food may raise the question of you already ate. In case they do, have your excuses ready: 'My stomach is upset' ' I'm to exited/nervous/busy etc. to eat' 'I don't feel like....' 'I'm not hungry yet, I'll get something later'
Spend different meals with different groups of people, tell them all that you had a big meal earlier or will be eating something later on. Make sure the different people will not be comparing notes. Or plan your schedule so you're too busy at mealtimes to eat then.
Trash. Watch where you dispose of uneaten food or other "evidence", make sure that it isn't going to be seen or found by anyone. Wrap food up and throw it away outside the house. If you live alone, always take the trash out before anyone else comes over.
Buy food. People are fairly predictable. If they see you buy food and come home with food, then they just naturally assume that you eat it as well. Get things like crackers and cookies , keep them in your room, and carefully pack them out again later to throw away. Careful, this can be a little dangerous if you're prone to binging and have trouble keeping food around, or if you feel guilty about throwing food away. If the food's something you don't like and won't binge on this may be easier to do.
Don't get angry. Don't deny everything if confronted. People will believe a little truth with a big lie much easier than a huge lie. Act as if it's no big deal instead of reacting emotionally and people will tend to believe you.
Tell people you're on a diet, you became a vegetarian, your doctor has you eating only certain things, whatever. Often people will be very helpful in keeping you from eating if they think there's a socially acceptable reason for it.
Don't show off your weight loss until you've reached the weight you want to remain at. People will start to watch you more carefully and maybe ask questions, and you want to avoid calling attention to yourself.
One of two things will happen; I'll get thin or I'll die.. Either way I win

Ed plateau
ED plateau
A plateau is a phase during weight-loss when you seem to maintain your weight even if your caloric intake/output haven't changed. your body is probably resisting weight loss because it's being pushed too far. Your metabolism could be slowing down because you're not eating enough, and variety is important to your body. You can affect your metabolism through eating habits
Eat more negative calorie foods like fruits and vegetables. they'll keep your digestive system moving with fewer calories.
Drink lots of water, as you already should be doing, this way your body will be well hydrated, and you will less likely become lethargic.
If you're eating a few larger meals each day, try eating smaller bits of food more often, so if your eating 1 meal then make it two smaller one etc. Changing your caloric intake does not always mean decreasing! if your metabolism has slowed down, it may need some more calories to speed up a bit. Don't overdo this, just try to increase by 10%, and when you passed the plateau, you decrease 10%.
You can also try a spike, this is when you eat regular meals for one day (should equal roughly 1500 cals) to jump start your metabolism, then simply return to your regular eating habits the next day.
usually when you use a new shampoo, your hair will be so soft and shiny you'll keep using the shampoo...but after a few weeks it doesn't do anything special. same with exercising; your body will get the best out of a workout when it's being challenged. so the first time you run a mile you may feel exhausted, your muscles might be sore and all of that...but if you keep running one mile each day for a week or two, your body will build more muscle, use those same muscles over and over while neglecting others, and won't be as challenged. You should change either the length of time or intensity of your workout.
If you've been exercising for 20 minutes every day, try doing 20 minutes one day and then 40 minutes the next day, so you're getting a variety. Weight training increases metabolism significantly. muscle burns more calories during the day than fat, even if you're just sitting still. you don't have to become a body builder. a few minutes of push-ups and simple weight-lifting or calisthenic exercises will make a difference. Don't put all of your trust in this, but i'm pretty sure i read that 10 minutes of weight lifting 3 times a week will increase muscle and metabolism within the first week. thats only 30 minutes out of the 10,080 minutes you have every week. also try switching to different types of exercise every other day, for example, run on monday, swim on tuesday, weight lift on wednesday, run on thursday, yoga on friday, swim on saturday, bike/hike on sunday. effects won't occur immediately. Patience and slower weight loss is good according to doctors. But if you don't want to increase your calorie intake, then you simply must exercise more and also throughout the day, do a couple of jumping jacks it will give your metabolism kick or fidgit a lot, I believe that I read that fidgiting can burn up to 800 calories a day, which equals roughly over 1.5 lbs burned a week on top of your diet and exercise.

Tips and tricks (list 1)
Anorexia TIPS:
1. WATER…I can’t say it enough…WaterWaterWaterWater Water…Any questions?
2. Three words: Crest White Strips. Here’s the deal. You’re supposed to wear these on your upper and lower teeth for 30 minutes each, 2x a day. And you definitely cannot eat while you’ve got these babies on. You can have up to 2 hours a day of literally not being able to eat! If you put them on about 15 minutes before dinner then you can’t eat dinner with your family and they’ll have to let you eat on your own later. It’s perfect!
3. Ride out the hour. When you start to get hungry, just tell yourself that you’ll wait until the end of the hour to eat anything. That way you’ll have time to think about whether or not you really want those calories, and you’ll also feel really powerful since you’ve proved to yourself that you can go for that time without food.
4. Move around. Bounce your feet, wiggle your fingers, every little calorie counts.
5. Feel your bones. Just wrap your fingers around your wrists or along your collarbone. This will help you realize that you’re making progress and will also deter you from eating because you don’t want to lose those bones, do you?
6. Pick a time every night that you will not eat after. Most people recommend that you not eat after 6 pm, but if your family makes you sit down with them at 6:30 or so, this obviously isn’t practical. So choose a time that works for you.
7. Frequent Pro-Ana websites. Do you think you’ll want to eat after reading trigger-happy quotes and looking at skinny models?
8. Keep your wallet at home. If you don’t have money, you can’t buy food.
9. Exercise before you eat. It will give you more time to think over what you really want to eat, and when you do eat you’ll be more comfortable with it since you just burned some calories.
10. Get your sleep. Not sleeping will slow down your metabolism and will make you more likely to over-eat.
11. Buy clothes one size smaller than what you’re currently wearing. Try on these clothes on to keep yourself on track.
12. Okay, this is a little different than what other pro-ana sites may say. Instead of lowering the temperature while you sleep, raise the temperature. Sleep in sweats and under all of your covers. You’ll sweat and lose water weight…It’s not “real” weight, but you will feel great when you get a look at the scale after getting out of bed.
13. Follow the “Thin Commandments”
If you aren’t thin, you’re ugly.
Being thin is way more important than being healthy.
You must do anything to make yourself look thinner.
Thou shall not eat without feeling guilty.
Thou shall not eat fattening foods without punishing yourself accordingly.
Thou shall always count calories.
The scale is everything.
Losing=Life, Gaining=Death
You must become thin.
Being thin and perfect are signs of true determination.
14. Save the money you would spend on food to buy yourself something that you REALLY want!
15. Focus on what you’re eating for the first few bites. After that it gets pretty boring, don’t you think?
16. Work on your posture. When you sit and stand up straight you look taller AND thinner. You also burn more calories.
17. Leave traces of food that you would have eaten. For example, when I was in high school my mom made me eat breakfast. So I would get up a little earlier, go to the kitchen, make some toast, fix some cereal, and get out a yogurt. Toast the bread (leave the toaster out), put crumbs on the plate, pour some cereal and throw it down the garbage disposal, do the same with the yogurt. If the food isn’t there, your parents will think that you ate it!
18. If you’re in college, schedule classes around meal times. You can’t eat in class, can you?
19. Do something you enjoy instead of eating. Take a bath, play with a pet, read a book, exercise, do whatever works for you.
20. Peppermints supposedly curb your appetite. But be careful with this…Each peppermint has 20 calories.

Diary entry 1
My parents are leaving to California for the weekend. This is very good for me because there is nobody to monitor my eating habits for that time. :) so this weekend my max calories a day will be set at 200 (or less) I do have to make sure I workout 2 hrs a day and 6 glasses of water too. Since beginning my pro-Ana lifestyle I have lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks.

What is Pro-Ana? (also blog purpose)
(the way I view it) pro-Ana is the support and promotion and the eating disorder anorexia nevosa. Some pro-anas try to get others to develop Eds and some just support those who already have Ana that DO NOT want to get better. There are many different views on pro-Ana some good but most are bad. This blog is simply my way of coping. I'll be posting my stories and my views. It will be my way of looking at everything and if u don't like it you can visit a new blog. Anyways enjoy my darlings :)
